Two Bank Holiday weekends and summer just around the corner – what’s not to love about May? On top of that, we’re got some great entertainment at the Langham over the coming few weeks as per usual.

Kicking off the month on Sunday 5th we welcome back singer and guitarist Ashby Clarke – last seen in this parts back in October last year. Ashby will be playing his usual eclectic mix of ’50s rock and roll right through to modern pop fare. Remember that this is a Bank Holiday weekend, so make the most of Sunday night!

The following weekend, Sunday 12th sees the return of the ever-popular duo Short Notice who will run through their repertoire of pop and rock classics.

Then on Sunday 19th we welcome back energetic Langham legend Jed Watts, who you might remember was last here in November as part of the fantastic ‘Recollections’ evening with Sophie Edrupt. Jed will be playing everything but the kitchen sink, as always!

Finally, Sunday 26th falls on another Bank Holiday weekend as we host Steve Perry and another high-energy set of golden oldies and modern pop tunes. It’s fair to say that Steve tends to “work the room” during his sets – if you’ve never seen him, make sure to come along and see for yourself!

Remember that as usual, we’ll be hosting our bingo every Sunday at around 9pm, and we’ll be running raffles each night too. Our tote is currently suspended due to unfortunate personal circumstances but watch this space for a great weekly game temporarily in its place!
